• 4+ years in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript (Must) and 3+ years in a leadership role with teams of 10+ members.
• AWS experience with Configurations, CloudWatch (must), and strong management from the services side.
• Understanding of advanced concepts in software design, clean code, microservices design, design patterns, unit testing, and SOLID principles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects under various constraints.
  
• Experience implementing and refining agile methodologies in a team setting.
  
• Experience in conflict resolution and team motivation.
