What would you do?

Lead billing, collections (cartera), and customer relationship management, ensuring alignment with contractual terms.
Analyze revenue and reservations monthly, identifying billing variances and uncovering strategic insights.
Interpret commercial contracts to understand their financial impact and risks, ensuring business implications are well-managed.
Plan and track cash collections and supplier payments, ensuring healthy cash flow management.
Perform weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring, ensuring liquidity across operations.
Manage banking portals (national and international), ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Supervise treasury functions, including payment processing, bank transfers, and cash optimization.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors, supporting audit processes with timely documentation and insights.
Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.

🙌🏼 Your experience has been shaped by

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
5+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or cash flow management roles.
Solid experience in contract analysis, stakeholder reporting, and audit collaboration.
Proven ability to manage payments and bank transactions in complex organizational settings.
Strong understanding of cash flow cycles and financial controls.
High ethical standards, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive financial information.
Ability to shift from reactive to predictive thinking, adding strategic value to financial planning.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and analysis.

Familiarity with financial tools/ERPs (e.g., Siigo, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business-oriented mindset.

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, especially in interacting with clients and external stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities.
