• Lead end-to-end deployments across a region or workstream, owning execution quality, delivery outcomes, and strategic alignment with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Run a multi-project implementation portfolio: keep consistency in execution, ensure high operational standards, and drive alignment to regional priorities and business strategy.

• Coach and enable your squad (Deployment Specialists + Solutions Engineers) as a senior reference point for prioritization, complex decision-making, and escalation management.

• Own team workload management: allocate responsibilities, balance capacity, anticipate operational risks/bottlenecks, and protect delivery flow.

• Define and track performance: build KPIs/OKRs and executive reporting that supports decision-making at regional and global levels.

• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes: standardize, increase efficiency, and improve scalability of the function.

• Manage high-complexity customer relationships during implementation, ensuring a controlled, consistent experience aligned to business outcomes.

• Lead risk and issue management: proactively identify impediments, run mitigation plans, and escalate strategic decisions when needed.

• Own scope and requirements quality: ensure functional requirements are clearly defined, understood, validated, and translated into executable plans.

• Supervise go-live readiness: configuration, testing, stability checks, and exit criteria compliance to ensure successful launches.

• Act as Project Manager for strategic deployments where complexity, client importance, or revenue impact requires senior leadership.

• 5+ years leading tech implementations, with strong ownership of delivery across scope, timeline, quality, and risk—especially in complex environments.

• Managing multiple parallel projects (portfolio mindset), prioritizing ruthlessly while keeping execution disciplined and outcomes predictable.

• Working with enterprise / high-complexity customers, navigating expectations, negotiations, and conflict resolution in high-pressure contexts.

• Applying project management frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and adapting approach based on project constraints and maturity.

• Operating cross-functionally with Deployment, Solutions Engineering, Product, Technical teams, and Customer Success—aligning diverse stakeholders around one delivery plan.

• Leading transversally (influence without authority), connecting business strategy with execution realities and driving decisions through ambiguity.
